Agreement
By accessing or using Pixoye’s websites, mobile applications, and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Content and licences
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Pixoye a licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate the Service (including generating thumbnails, previews, and share links). Hosts are responsible for obtaining rights and consents from subjects depicted in photos.
Acceptable use
You may not use Pixoye to distribute unlawful, harassing, infringing, or harmful material; to attempt unauthorised access; to overload or disrupt systems; or to scrape or resell the Service in violation of our policies or applicable law.
Share links and face match
Share links may expire or be revoked by the host. Face-matching results depend on image quality, lighting, and system configuration. Pixoye does not guarantee that every photo of a person will be found.
Plans, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans, storage limits, and features are described at checkout, in your account, and in any order summary or confirmation we show you before you pay. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the price, billing cycle, and currency shown, including applicable taxes.
Purchases and when access starts. When your payment succeeds, your subscription to the selected plan and your access to the corresponding features and limits begin for the term you bought (for example, monthly or annual, as offered at checkout). Start date, term length, renewal date, and similar details are also shown in your account where we make them available.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans are recurring unless we clearly offer a one-time purchase or you turn off auto-renewal (or cancel) before the next charge, using the account or billing settings we provide. When auto-renewal applies, your subscription extends for another term of the same length at the end of each paid period, at the then-current rate and on the then-current terms for that plan, until you cancel. We may change plan prices; where required by law, we will give you advance notice. You authorize each recurring charge until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry according to our payment rules and may suspend or downgrade your access after notice where permitted.
Expiration and end of the paid term. If you do not renew—because you cancelled, a payment was not completed, or a one-time or promotional term as stated at purchase has ended—your paid subscription and the higher plan limits expire at the end of the then-current period that you already paid for (or as otherwise stated for that offer), unless we say otherwise. After that, your account may move to a free or lower tier, and hosting, share links, storage, face-matching, or other features may be limited or removed per that tier or in-product notices. You are responsible for downloading or otherwise securing content you need before your access or limits change. Downgrades or cancellations you request may also affect how long content remains available, as set out in your plan or account settings.
Website (Razorpay) and mobile in-app purchase (App Store and Google Play)
Website: Razorpay. When you buy or renew a plan in a web browser on our site, the payment is processed by Razorpay, our payment service provider, using Razorpay Checkout. We create a payment order for the plan, price, and billing period you selected. You complete payment in Razorpay’s secure flow using the payment methods the checkout offers (for example, cards, UPI, or other options—depending on your location and what Razorpay and your bank support). We verify the transaction with Razorpay (including order, payment, and signature details) before we activate or extend your subscription. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our own servers; those details are entered and protected within Razorpay’s infrastructure. Recurring web subscriptions may be renewed by paying through a similar Razorpay checkout when you complete an invoice or payment step we provide in your account or by email, as applicable.
Mobile: App Store and Google Play. If you use our mobile app and we support it in your region, you may be able to subscribe or purchase a digital plan through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play’s billing (Android). Apple and Google (the stores) collect payment, issue receipts, and are the point of contact for their own subscription settings, certain refund requests, and the store’s terms, privacy, and tax treatment. We link your store purchase to your Pixoye account by validating the purchase and using server notifications (such as those from the App Store and Google Play) to start, renew, or update your access. Prices, promotions, and currencies shown in the app may differ from the website; they are displayed by the store before you confirm a purchase. To manage, cancel, or get help with a subscription that is billed through a store, you can use the subscription management options on your device or in your Apple ID / Google account settings, in addition to any in-app or account information we show you.
Web billing and store billing on the same account. If you already have an active plan billed on our website (Razorpay), starting or verifying an in-app purchase on the same Pixoye account may be restricted until you follow the in-app or account flow we provide to align your billing (for example, to avoid paying twice for overlapping coverage on web and the store at once). You are responsible for keeping track of where you are billed, using your Pixoye account, payment receipts, Razorpay, and the store, as appropriate.
Payments, charges, and refunds
All fees paid to Pixoye for subscriptions, renewals, add-ons, and other digital services are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is expressly described in our Refund Policy. When a payment is successfully processed, you receive access to the corresponding plan features and hosted services for the period purchased; we do not provide refunds for change of mind after payment, unused time within a billing cycle, or voluntary cancellation following a completed charge. For full detail on cancellations, trials, billing errors, chargebacks, and mandatory consumer rights, please read the Refund Policy together with these Terms & Conditions.
